K20 frame for a 1/2 4x4??

I went today to look at a 72' SWB 4x4 for sale in the next town. It was a plain jane, 307/3-speed. Well anyway the option sheet didn't list much but the guy kept telling me that it had a K20 frame. I thought WTF? Well at first I thought that they had made it a SWB4x4. Well the truck or frame or anything else looked no different than my SWB 4x4 at home. I'm sure the guy was mistaken but has anybody else heard of this? Thanks, Wes.

He seemed to not know a lot about trucks or cars but I thought maybe this was a heavy duty 1/2 ton option. I looked the truck over very well and it is a 1/2 ton frame, running gear.
