looking at that i think 35s would fit on a 2 inch lift. idk though. the 285s look good though.

They might.
I went with a 4" on my other one, planning on 35's this spring. I have a set of studded 255/85 16s on order, should get them next week. I am hoping it they will fit the truck in the picture for a winter/work tire down the road.

It seems each truck is a little different as well. The one in the picture is an 86 custom deluxe with a 350 4 spd. My other one is a 90 silverado with a 454 TH400. Both have the same GVW rating, but the 86 sits a full inch higher when measuring from the axel centre to the wheel well openings.

I expected the difference in the front, but I was surprised there was a difference in the rear. Also the 86 has one more leaf in the front than the 90.

well the truck im going to build is a crew cab with a ford axle so it will mount to the dmax transfercase. im prob going to be converting a 2wd to 4 (especially if i get the one off my brother in law) so idk how it will set.
