Unhappy 69 Grill Swap

I need to replace my 69 Grill with a new one since it has more dents than a garbage can. Of course the top is held in by rivets (as show below). Whats the best way or tool to use to get them out. Since their flat a screwdriver wont work. Any ideas would be welcomed.

Thanks. Truck69

I used a right angle grinder and then reattached the brackets with small bolts and nuts. Since you won't use the old grill, the grinding won't hurt anything

Good luck

grind or drill them out.
It may be easier to attach the mounting brackets to the grill with the brackets out of the truck (IMO) Good luck
