Cleaning inside the door
Ok so my project right now is to install all new door and window trim, clean the glass, install power windows, and shaved door handles. I have been tearing everything apart repainting and priming certain pieces, but in the very bottom of the door there is dirt debris etc that I want out of there. I was going to take a shop vac and vacuum most of it, but how have others cleaned and reprimed the insides of their doors etc? I was thinking drilling a small hole or two and power washing the crap out of the inside drying and the rewelding holes

Re: Cleaning inside the door
There are drain holes already in the bottom of the doors probable stopped up with dirt now. I just vacuumed my out last weekend when I put new window channel in. Sounds like you are really working a lot on your truck.

Re: Cleaning inside the door
Lol yeah....I even wire brushed the spring and reprimed it. I drilled out every rivet and sanded everything down and either primed or primed and painted all the window stuff. I am waiting on parts now. I am going to do all the stuff on the drivers side and then do a youtube video I think that I will link as a how to on the passenger side. Wanna help

Re: Cleaning inside the door
You could always blast the inside while its all apart then POR15 and sound deadner. Get the doors lined up right and it will sound like a Mercedes when you shut the doors.
