All brakes aren't working

Ok so I put a 1995 cab and 350 tbi motor on a 1990 chevy dually frame and bypassed all the abs brake stuff. Now the left rear brake locks up and the rest barely work. If I back up and stop then go forward it gets worse. If replaced the master cylinder. Is there anythjng else I can do? Thanks

Have you checked/replaced the wheel cylinders in the drums?
