Do it yourself....

BEDLINER! Take a look. Then, search Ebay for RattleGuard. Get all the juicy details there. Later.

Looks awsome!! Did you use the small kit? Also, did you use their gun, how well did it shoot?

Yea...

I used the small kit and thier gun. Turned out pretty good. If you want a heavy build, get the three gallon kit.

Cool, the small kit will most likely be more than enough. I'm doing a stepside (inner bedsides and front bed panel only), and the floor is either going to be stainless diamond plate or stained and varnished marine plywood.

Looking good you may have just sold me on that stuff when I get to that stage. One question though what is laying across the bed in between the wheel wells?

Just a tip. before you guys spray that bedliner, take some caulk or something and put it in the crack between the wheel wells and the bedside (fleetsides). I had speedliner sprayed on my truck and its starting to rust because the liner couldnt get in the crack. plus it would make it look better too.

probably a piece of metal to cover the c-notch. his isnt really low enough to go that far into the bed i guess

Exactly....

the pumpkin only sticks through the bed about 1/2". This is simply a cover. Had I known better four years ago, I would have simply raised the bed floor. Oh well, you live and learn.

Adds an element of challenge when purchasing 4x8 sheets of plywood and drywall

Don't you love how plywood fits perfectly into the bed? I think I'm sold on that bedliner too, did some reading and looks like some great stuff. Thanks for posting!!

It was no accident. That's part of the "utility" designed into these "light utility vehicles" commonly called pickups.

FuelCel,

That spray-on looks great!

I meant to ask you about your fuel filler from another thread. I like the idea of the fuel filler like you have yours. But I need to be able to haul mulch, dirt, gravel or whatever. Is there a cover over the cap? Or would you suggest another location. I was also thinking I could make the whole thing taller, but I wanted to get your opinion.

Thanks,

Jason

Dirty....

yes the underside of my truck is filthy and the hole was cut 4 years ago with a Boz-All. No fancy plasma cutting here. At least it is cover up by the filler assembly. 70ChevyLongbed, the filler can be made taller. Say, to just below the bed rail. Later, FCG
