Body mount kit where to get it?

Hey I need a body mounting kit for a 1983 shortbed k10 all I can find is bushings for it and I need complete hardware with bushings. Where can I find one?

Head on over to wwww.lmctruck.com , you'll find just about anything for an '83. Just navigate through the site and it should point you right to tonnes of parts for your truck.

I did but it's 200. That seams a little steap to me, any other spots where I can find one?

Someone parting one out might be your best luck. I picked up front. N back of my chassis for 20 bucks.

You can find the bushings but you need the cups washers and bolts? I don't see how that would make it sit weird if you used the cups it calls for. Early (73-80?)was different than late (81+) then they changed again in 84 or 5 for the parking brake cables. There are shims available for them too that a few trucks got too. I bet someone from the classifieds would have a rust free set they let go cheap...

I bought the kit from LMC. I think it was $170. I liked that it came with all the bolts and hardware and not just the rubbers.

Depends, if you want sort of original with rubber, LMC is your best bet. For poly's (which I cosider being the best) you can go to Energy Suspension. I paid $60,- for the entire kit. Very happy with the poly's
