68 Stock 2WD Wheel Question ?

Do 2WD factory Wheels interchange with 4WD ? Will a 68 C-10 wheel fit on the front of a 71 K-10 with disc brakes ? Having a hard time locating a set of 6 lug original factory wheels ?.......thanks

No.
Steel wheels built for the 1971 model year and later,... are a different wheel designed to work with disc brakes.
The pre-'71 wheels are perfect for drum brake only applications.
You need 71-87 steel wheels to clear the disc brake calipers.
All wheels are the same bolt pattern.

Thanks Guys for the Wheel information ! What the hell happened to them all ? Did everyone in the country put aftermarket wheels on these trucks 5 min after buying them ? I myself have never bought an aftermarket wheel for any vehicle I owned, money better spent on other things. I still think the stock wheel on a 4x4 works best ! I would love to find a set of 16 in to fit my K-10 with disc's....

They went to the crusher with alot of these trucks.
They've never been worth anything until the last few years.
