Swapping gears in my 1972 K5 this spring and looking for a posi carrier for use with 3.73 gears in the front Dana 44 axle. Thirty spline I believe. Thanks! Pete

I don't need a locker or anything aggressive - a power lok I imagine would do fine. The Blazer is basically stock. Since I'm switching to 3.73's and removing the carrier I thought I'd try a limited slip up front. Trying to save a few bucks by locating a reliable used carrier. Thanks! Pete

all my powrloks are 4 series. i do have a genuine spicer 3 series trac lok for 200 plus ship. much better quality than aftermarket items.
pretty mild overall diff. let me know.

IIRC series 3 is correct for 3.73 and down for a Dana 44. If it's in good shape post pics when you can - def interested. Thanks again, Pete

I have one as well. It is the factory Spicer unit. Currently has 3.73 gears but they are rear gears so they wouldn't do you any good. Posi is super nice though

Thanks - post pics/price when possible. All set for gears for the front and rear, just need the D44 posi carrier. I appreciate the help and best wishes for 2014! Pete

I want $175 for this. It has right at 75,000 miles and is in great condition. I would pull the ring gear off it to save you on shipping.
