Even if the milage is 137K that is a good price. I would ask about the wiring and ecu also. Take it out yourself so you get everything. Get the 0-2's also with the pipes if possible.
I gave $2200 for my 6.0 LQ4 combo with 80,000 miles and stand alone wiring & computer, motor mounts, 02 senor's with pipes.

That looks like an LQ9, so 2k is a pretty decent deal even if it is 137k.
