No its not factory. The bed was converted by cutting down stepside fenders. A lot of people like the look. The bed appears to be a Longhorn bed. So either it was a factory dually that had a bed added or a pickup that was converted to DRW, but it looks to be a 1-ton Longhorn/frame (133"wb).
