Gauge paint? - not the needles!
I noticed the markings on the instrument gauges are a light greenish color, has anyone found a paint that was real close to the original color? I am going to install a later model clock but the numbers and markings are white, I though it would look more factory if the markings were the greenish color the other gauges are. I'm not sure how I would do this but I thought I would see if the correct paint was available first. Any thoughts on how to re-color the markings?

I've had success making an acrylic paint mix into a light wash , just don't add to much water. Trevor

I don't think you will ever notice a difference once installed. I haven't. Also, most original gauges have faded significantly.

Re: Gauge paint? - not the needles!
BTW- I did tape up the orange needle, because the green tilt would have probably showed up on it.
