1972 Blazer CL ATL not mine

Georgia is BOS on anything older than 25 years. No title is issued. My state (KY) is pretty strict on such things, but down at the courthouse I was told what is legal in another state is acceptable here. The clerk highlighted the necessary blanks on the title app for me to fill in and have notarized for when I'd submit my GMC 3/4 ton. She said no BOS was necessary, as all that information was on the title app. Easier than I thought it would be...
