My Truck is in CCT!
Hey Guys, my truck is featured in the Feb 2014 issue of Custom Classic Trucks.
http://www.customclassictrucks.com/f...t_back_better/ They actually shot the truck in the summer of 2012. After a year of waiting I gave up on it actually making it to print. A couple months ago they called to let me know it was being published. Several additional mods were made after the photoshoot and before selling it last summer. Most noticeably going back to a stock hood and the addition of billet hinges. I want to send a big thanks out to this forum and all it's members for providing me the knowledge to build this beautiful truck. You guys rock! Here is the current look:

Re: My Truck is in CCT!
Congrats on the feature.
Funny how that happens. I have a friend with a 67 Nova. It was a way cool pro-street/race car, Orange in color with a cowl hood & dual 4 bbls peeking out the hood. He had some pictures taken by a guy doing a calendar. Then almost 2 years after the pictures were taken and a full year after he sold the car. One of those pictures was used in a CARSINC ad in numerous magazines. Nice looking truck. Again Congrats!

Re: My Truck is in CCT!
What an honor. First place trophy and a magazine spread I think are the two ultimate compliments. Also very nice truck!

Re: My Truck is in CCT!
Thanks everyone. I'm very proud to see it in print. It marks the final achievement of my build.
I made sure to tell the new owner as well. I'm sure he ran out and picked up a few copies
