Clutch problems!!!
Hi, I just had the clutch on my 69 rebuilt,I put it back in and now cant get the transmission to get in gear. The clutch seems to work fine and the trans shifts when not running but when the truck is running it just grinds. Just wondering if anyone knows what it might be or has had these problems. THANKS

Re: Clutch problems!!!
It's either waaaay out of adjustment or the disc is backwards or the throw out bearing isn't on the fork correctly or? I'm betting the disc is backwards. When it's not running you don't need a clutch. For that matter you don't need one except to start and stop. Whatever the cause, the clutch is not disengaging.
