Did Chevy make a C-series 4x4?

My two and four wheel drive trucks are both titled C/K 10 or C/K 20, it doesn't really help but that's what the title says and I just wonder if it's how they do the title?

If you're not referring to the VIN itself, the C/K designation was probably up to whoever typed up your title that day. I think mine says C10, but that's because that is what I put in the box when I had it transferred to my name.
