WEIAND 8004 Action Plus Intake Manifold SBC
I purchased this to run on my K5 but never used it. $80 plus actual shipping. Description from the internet...
Weiand Action+Plus intake manifolds are designed for use as stock replacements, with improved power and torque characteristics. They're 180 degree, dual plane types, with a carburetor flange that'll accept either stock or aftermarket performance carburetors. Their effective rpm range runs from idle to 6,000 rpm. With their high-flow runner design, and ability to produce increased power with little modification, it's no wonder these manifolds are so popular. Intake Style: Dual plane Basic Operating RPM Range: Idle-6,000 Intake Material: Aluminum EGR: No Notes: HEI will clear.   *** I can have this sandblasted and powder coated locally before shipping. Nice informative thread. How do you think these would compare to the 2701 rpm Edlebrock intake??? If it is still available here in a few.. I might take er'...

if you still have this.... Im wondering what type of choke pull off its set up for, it looks like maybe the angled hot air tube, or is it the flat (level w/ the street) bi metal spring found on the early factory spreadbore manifolds, like the '69s? how much to ship to 48609?

refering to the flat boss cast between the center two (intake manifold to cylinder head) bolt holes, in your first photo it sits directly centered under the carburator flange. You may not even have a need for the choke in AZ, but up here we got to have em.

what kind of carb do you have, a quadra jet? do you have the numbers? is it a 4mv, divorced choke or an electric etc? pics?
