Wink Motor 700r4

Complete motor transmission combo ready to run. I have the old 305 TPI motor and 700r4 out of my truck. I'm willing to sell it complete with computer and harness ready to run with just a few wires to hook up. The motor will need a rebuild though but it does run. The wiring is from Street & Performance with there chip in the computer. It has ran fine but just wanted to upgrade.

$800.00 for everything you come and get it. No shipping.
I even have the orignal directions from S&P for it.
If you want parts off of it I may be willing to do that also and scrap the motor. The transmission is OK. I have ran both stock and aftermarket coolers on it so it's never been ran hot are hard. No racinging it.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Motor 700r4

If you still have it in a few weeks I may have to take you up on that. Blew my toy budget wide open with the AAW harness and 3.73 posi rear in the last week.

Talking Re: Motor 700r4

Guy's the motor has less than 1 year timing chain and gear installed in it last May. This combo is straight out of my 71. The combo worked well for a DD. No it's not a speed demon but 16 MTG and reliable. Make a realistic offer and come get it.

Re: Motor 700r4

just out of curiosity what would you want for the computer and harness? did you have an 02 sensor check engine light and port to read codes hooked up? and is that tpi set up off a 350? never knew they had it for the 305

Wink Re: Motor 700r4

305 TPI Ho engine stock nothing is bored are camed. It's all factory. 700r4 has electric toggle switch to lock and unlock it with B&M shift kit. The motor has the correct bracket for the TV cable to 700r4 to make it kickdown no adjusting since it came with it stock. This is a complete system and no I would rather not sell the computer and harness seeing how it would make the motor useless.
Somebody needs this combo!

Somebody needs that 700r4, but blew his entire fun budget over the last month on a rear end and new wiring harness.

Re: Motor 700r4

if Fred does the trans i would do the rest for $350 plus Fred you pay for my gas not mileage , for the whole trip from my house to SC to you and back to me I would deliver it and give you my time.

Andy, I have a nice 305, actually a couple of them and one r-700 and r-200 trans. What I need really is the injectors and wiring harness but would take everything but the trans with the quoted $450 taken off for the trans.

I am in no hurry, I just got a swb frame and it will be a while until I finish that and would need the injectors and wiring stuff.

I might forget this thread so get in touch with me qksilver69@aol.com but i will make a note in my book that i check before i buy anything. Old age, medical issue's and lots of meds..............

thanks,
Steve

Too good of a deal to sit as long as it did. Should make for a good turn key cruiser for the new owner.
