Damn you do great metal work. The large hole saw did the trick notching the frame for the rack, any tips on doing it this way or just have at it?

If you don't pre drill the 1/4", when the bit pops through and the hole saw teeth grab, it binds and either twists the heck out of your wrist or the bit just breaks.
