Power Steering box question

Working on another chassis and ran into a small problem I cant get answered around here. I just happened to have a new GM Power steering box for trucks that uses the O-ring style fittings. I want to use a stock 1969 Chevy truck power steering hose as it works well for what Im doing. Do they make an adapter to use the compression style fitting hose on an O-ring steering box ? Im told rebuilders now supply these adapters to work on earlier mid seventies trucks. Anyone ever run into this situation ?

Re: Power Steering box question

Look at pure choice motorsports. They have all kinds of adapters for steering fittings. Awesome tech support also.

Re: Power Steering box question

Look locally for a company that will make brake lines and hydraulic hoses and they maybe able to assemble something from scratch with the custom fittings you need.

Re: Power Steering box question

o-ring boxes are metric as far as i know. these are two fittings that converts 16mm and 18mm steering box to 11/16-18 and 5/8-18 inverted flair. used them on my 4x4 p/s setup. was going to use these on something else, but went another direction.
