To get it to ride like a modern luxury sedan, I would say you will need some good coilovers or better yet air bags. Air ride is how cars like Cadillac and Lincoln get their great ride (plus they weigh a lot). You could do air bags on your truck around the same price range as the system you are looking at.

X2 on the air bags. And adjustable shocks so you can set them to your likes.
If you can ride in a bunch of others trucks to see what feels good to you.
