Recognize these parts?

Anyone looking at my posts knows I am trying to cope with two different trucks disassembled into boxes. 64 4WD body on a 61 2WD chassis. I have these parts and unsure if I should try to restore or replace. Does anyone recognize these? Both have staples for rubber components? These are pretty bad if anyone knows of a way to replace them. The shiny dot is a nickel.

The metal part goes at the top of the rear edge of the front fender... under the cowl extension. It's hard to describe, I'll get a picture.

Here you go, right hand shown. There was a rubber piece that was attached to the bottom edges with staples, not shown in this picture.
