http://www.precisionfit.com/images/0...49d012d6091c50 f150 seats first is an 04 second is 02 i think in 01 they went to the integrated belts none of the trucks (ford chevy or dodge)have belts in the back integrated so you need the oem belts there. the ford seat is a better fit with the older trucks with its raised floor and the seats being 3 inches wider.
