Anybody here ever hear of neoprene bushing's???? The dude at the 4x4 shop was telling me how they were all the rage!! What the he!! is he talking about ,or is he talkin outta his a$$.

I guess they are the next step after poly????? I think he is full of it but thought that I would run by the board,maybe it's new????

ive seen ads for them therye suppoused to be tougher than regular rubber bushings. Im hearing mixed reviews. but not enough good stuff that id consider them.

I think they're oem or similar, much softer than poly bushings.

So they are an actual product and not some make believe part?? I thought the part's guy was pulling my leg..

they had this on there

Neoprene - Good general purpose elastomer, with moderate oil, ozone and water resistance. Resistant to freons, high analine points oils, mild acids. Not recommended for phosphate esters, ketones, brake fluids. Temperature range: -65°F to 260°F

I believe neoprene (synthetic rubber)is what is sold as OE rubber mounts and bushings. Definitely nothing new, your parts guy was blowing smoke.
