Re: My new project 86 Silverado

How did the brake line that runs from the distribution block up front to the rear fit? They were Inline Tube right? I bought mine from Summit (Right Stuff Detailing) and they did not fit as good as I would have liked. They needed to be longer to look and fit like the factory lines.

yeah, inline tube... i agree, they didn't seem to fit as nice as i would have liked... but this isn't a show truck... i did the best i could to make sure they were straight and tucked in like the originals... the lines from the combination valve to the front wheels were a friggin pain to get straightened out like i wanted.

as long as they work, don't leak and last another 20 yrs i'll be satisfied LOL

Re: My new project 86 Silverado

Thanks. I was curious. Everyone says Inline Tube so I wondered just how good they were. They sound like they fit just about like the ones I got from Right stuff.
