Just sharing some pictures to go with your above request so that everyone is on the same page here, the last picture is showing the 67 door release handle fully engaged/clipped onto the splined shaft of the relay. In the event that ScottG or michael bustamante are unable to help you source this one year item, you can drop me a message and I will give you a couple options. Mel

Thanks, Mel, the pics and info are great and spot-on. I hadn't read or realized that this item was one-year only until I went to replace the prior worn relay.
