Personally I don't like the looks of the big wheels and ultrma low profile tires on the older trucks and the "Progressive truckers" have slapped me for voicing that opinion previously but that stems more from the fact that the local tire stores seem to only sell the ugly gaudy wheels that look like the guy who designs the battle axes for World of Warcraft designed them. Locally I believe it's called the Gangsta bling look.

Yeah, see I don't like the small rim with a big tire I just think it's old school. I may be 49, but I like the new look. I love big rims, I don't like e real skinny tire because it rides like crap, but I'm getting a 45 series which is about 4" of tire. Just enough to get a good ride but still look cool with the low profile look. Also I'm putting 20's all the way around so I can rotate, the 18 front and 20 in the back again I don't like which IMO is still old school. Tires wear quickly because you can't rotate them, so in the long run you spend more money on tires.
