Old Truck still hard at work..

My MIL pump went out on her well the other day.. the "local" who we both have used and has done plumbing "forever" came by, and had to pull the pump out, to fix a short.. He probably put the pump in many years ago..

Both him and the truck are semi-retired now.. but had to snap a few pics...

both for their age.. LOL work pretty well.. and after some work.. got the pump running again, water back on.. and all back to together..

Now that's the way to do it! Years ago a bunch of us helped a guy change out a bad well pump. Manually, with a chain hoist.

It was a 400' deep well.
