Like Randy says…look for RPO Z53 (gauge pkg)
Doesn't really matter though. You don't really need an exact replacement. You can re-pin the plug for gauges and most of them won't even need to be swapped around.
Only wire that really needs attention is the alternator wire if truck didn't have volt gauge.
