You'll just need to watch craigslist for partstrucks. Be careful, you'll end up with several if you aren't careful! Also, beware, rusty fenders seem to be the downfall on these trucks.

Also check at your local Big Truck Junkyards. Some will be advertised and some won't be. Ask around at your Big Chevy Parts Dealer, Aftermarket Parts Suppliers, Repair Shops, etc.
