couple Qs puttin this 69 c10 back together

So i put a 86+ 350 in the truck and my first question is about the coolant temp sensor. The 69 is a 1/2" thread and the 86 is a 3/8" but a little diff single terminal hookup. Does anyone know if the diff year sensors will read accurate or not with the 69?

Also the ps pump where it mounts to the wp has a gap in the back side and is threaded in the beginning. Previous owner just had a 1.25" long bolt holding it on but im sure the bolt needs to go all the way thru and thread into the bracket. Is there a special bolt for that? And can anyone provide a pic for the mounting bracket where it attaches to the factory exhaust manifold?

The sensor that is correct for the newer block won't read correctly. The ohms are different. I had member brian mac on the board re-thread a 67-72 sensor from 1/2" to 3/8" for me.

Yeah not sure if that guy is active still cuz no response yet. Maybe ill look into an adapter.

Out of curiosity, what are the ohms supposed to be?

check summit racing they usually tell the ohms and might can the right size with right ohms there,
