454 swap, do I need 1 ton springs??

I have a 85 k20 3/4 with a 350. I bought a 99 454. Will I need to put 1 ton front springs to keep the sag away because of a heavier motor.

I really do not want a rough ride with 1 ton springs!! what are my options??

I would say the 3/4 ton springs will be fine.

Re: 454 swap, do I need 1 ton springs??

K20 is a 4x4.....99.9% of all lifts do not ask about what engine is in it. The factory springs will be just fine.
