I can't believe they would charge you for stealing. What are they thinking?
My experience is i have been given those little parts just for showing the yard owner. They know you are being honest then. Or they throw it in on bigger purchases.

Thanks for sharing the pics. I like looking at junkyard pics!

Actually didn't steal it. It was already in my tool bag when I went in. And made a big deal about the three relay's in my bag. Charged me a dollar for what was there plus the odds n ends bolts in my bag.

Re: stuff I found while the wife and I were in st louis this past week

When people come by my place looking for stuff then end up needing/wanting small stuff like the afore mentioned fuse, I say sure get one or two. I turn my back, and they not only take enough to fill a fuse box but a box of relays as well. Then some will even have the nerve to ask what else are you gonna give me? I mean I keep old wiring harnesses from trucks I've junked to get a end off of here and there the late model ones some are hard to get and expensive, It gets to the point if you let some one get an end the next you know some one else is out trying to walk away with a harness. Well these are free, so and so told me. You guys in business know. some people are harder to deal with all the time. That is one reason I enjoy help so many on here with their body question when they post up or PM me because I think they are glad to get the help instead of thinking I have to give it to them. Rant off. Jim
