1968 k10 brake hoses?
Hey guys, does anyone know if there is a supplier for brake hoses for my 68 k10? I can't find the fronts anywhere.. I'm looking for original style. Not braided.

Re: 1968 k10 brake hoses?
If they are anything like my K20, I don't think anyone makes repro's.
The bit that is different, is the fitting to the wheel. What I did was take my crusty ones to an industrial hose shop, one that caters to companies dealing with hydraulic and fuel hose needs. I brought my stuff to them, and they matched the rubber hose perfectly. Then cut off the fittings, and then welded on new crimp fittings. I had the new ones made a few inches longer than stock, and couldn't be more happier with the results. Plus the cost was really reasonable. These guys are a CA shop, but adding the link just so you get the idea of the type of business they run. http://www.hose-man.com/

if drum brakes napa carries them, but you have to use an adapter at the wheel cyl. the wheel cyl is 3/8 and the org was 7/16, at least on my 61. mine are 24" long.
