ANOTHER... THERE IS A BOSS IN THE FLOOR BUT MINE WERE STRIPPED OUT SO I JUST USED BOLT'S..

The rear measurement is from center of bolthead to edge of bed is 31 1/2'' the front mount hole is from center of bolthead to edge of floor 28 1/4''.. Hope this help's ya out..

yah thats just what i needed. so are the nuts underneath supposed to be welded to the floor or are they loose from the factory? do you know what guage those strips are on the top of the floor

No the nut's on the floor are welded solid from the factory not sure on the guage of metal..
