The emergency brake cable started to fray where it connected to the handle under the dash and was really stiff to make work. I figured it was just the cable coming apart, so I quit using it. I replaced the cable, but now it won't pull. Like something is froze up in the drums. I know nothing about drums, or the e brake in them. Any hints? Chris
