Re: Gas tank install.

If you install a blazer rear tank you do not have to remove the bed, it would be easier buy we mounted mine so it bolts from the bottom of the frame, then you add the straps to support it fully. Here are some pictures. One could also have a aluminum tank built that just fits perfectly and design it to install from the bottom also.

1. Fuel tank blazer 21 gallon crossmember modification so tank does not hang as low.

we later added angle iron braces which bolted to the truck frame and supported the outer bed crossmember. just keep clicking on the arrows and you will see all the tank mods and final installation.
