After market shift linkage issue
I could really use a picture of after market shift linkage...looks like the rod needs to be bent a lot ,if any one has a picture it would help thanks

I have a th350 trans and 350 engine,the shift linkage is a universal that brothers and lmc sells for about 37$.the rod is adjustable ?
