Throw me in the fire here guys.
Bought a rolling chassis without a title. From my understanding, it doesn't really matter if I have a title to the frame or not since the numbers on the frame are only a partial vin anyways. Is this correct?

I have a 50's international cab I'll be putting on the chassis, and I'll be chasing a title for that.

Input?

Assemble the truck and talk to the mvd about a title basically they'll check all the vins and give you a new state issued vin number. Keep you bill of salss for this
