Cool find. I'm guessing definitely a tough one. I've only seen the 12 bolt and 44 covers.

Trevor, If that's the one you got from me its never been on a truck, I had 4 of them NOS and yours was the last i got rid of, it's original box was water damaged so I tossed it out. This stuff is still out there ya just gotta dig for it.

I hope its on my doorstep when I get home. Mine is definitely spending the rest of its life on my Blazer. I even modified my oversized fuel tank to make room for it! That bad boy is deep.
