hooker headers?
I have a set of new super comp hooker headers. I was hoping to get a idea how low they set under the truck. My 67 C10 is stock height but I might drop it a bit so I want to make sure that they don't hang too low. thanks Rick

Re: hooker headers?
They will hang down low like Willys. I'm a die hard longtube fan. Nothing can match the sound of an exhaust with longtubes, but I wanted bags instead so I had to settle for midlengths.
You may be able to do a 3"/5" drop or somewhere close to that before you get in to trouble but you're going to have to just pick which is more important to you.
