1984 K10 305 swap - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Currently my 84 K10 has a 305 with throttle body. I recently came across a 350 from a 1994 truck. I have the entire thing including wiring harness, computer everything. The harnesses are different and everything that is on the 350 is on the opposite side of the motor. I am sure I can get most of it to work but my question is about the throttle body. Should I try and figure out how to use new throttle body with existing wiring or modify current TB? The 305 has a adapter plate between the TB and intake manifold. anyone do a similar swap?
