OEM vinyl perforated headliner source?

I can find it in 54" widths everywhere, but that is not wide enough. I need 57" to cover, can't run it the other way, its even longer in my crew cab.

I really don't want cloth.

Any one have a source?

I called brothers, they gave me the number for their manufacturer, acme. acme stated they use 54" wide to do the standard cab headliners. 54" just does not seem wide enough.

Interesting timing - my wife drug me to some hobby/fabric stores just this past weekend, so now I'm planning to do the headliners in my Suburban on my own. I was originally dismayed to see everything being sold in a 54" width, but after asking a clerk for help I was guided to some 58" and 60" material specifically for marine and automotive use. Most appeared to be intended as upholstery, but would look good as headliner too. I did not see anything that exactly replicated the OEM style

I couldn't agree more - 54" just doesn't seem like it would work. I've never done a headliner before, so if someone has and can confirm 54" is correct that would open up thousands of additional options.

The headliner is barely over 4ft if I recall. 54" should be more than wide enough.

I use a tape measure for a living, following the contours with an extra set of hands, it came to 56"

Big difference from 48". front to back is over 60".

I will just pull it and measure the orginal material on one of my table saw station's.

Side to side measured out over 54".

Front window to back window is not relevant since I can order any length needed, in this case two yards. The material is only 54" wide, the factory headliner is way over 48" wide and seemed to be a couple inches over 54".

They also offer a 60" width. I measured my headliner from trim to trim across the front of my 1980 suburban and can confirm that the width is greater than 54". The link above seems to match the OEM style, but I've never ordered from them so I can't say for sure.

If front to back is 48" why would 54" material not work? Just run the material from door to door as you can buy any length.

The OP has a crew cab, and I have a Suburban. The 48" number may be correct for a standard cab truck (I don't have one available to check), but the length front to back for the front headliner of a Suburban is >60" and the width as previously stated is greater than 54". So finding headliner material of the proper width is very important to avoid dealing with seams.

It is over 60" front to back in a crew cab, not sure who was the one that came up with 48"

Yeah, it was someone guessing, or assuming.

54" wide may make it door to door, I need to pull the liner out and measure the fabric for sure.
