Window regulator not working, help needed

O.k., got the door panel off and I still can't see anything. I figured I would have better access and view. The window is half up but won't move either way. Any body have any suggestions?

I can put a pry bar under the window and it will go up. The window crank handle turns with it. If I try and roll window up or down with the crank, it seems to be bound? Seems to be the hand crank mechanism itself. I will try and take that out.

Re: Window regulator not working, help needed

Think I found the problem, or at least one of them. The window is not in the fuzzy window track that is towards the outside of the door. The window is on the inside of the window track. How does one go abouts getting the window back in the track? Should I take out each 1/4" bolt that holds the window track in place? Will this allow me to move the track around enough to get it back around the window?

Ahhh, I figured it out, so simple that it was complicated. One of those jobs I was dreading. Had a bad experience with a side window door glass/track years back so I just didn't want to get into the door window mechanism without knowing exactly what I was doing. Thanks...bullett
