one piece window kits
Does anyone have any idea where I can get a once piece window kit without the filler gap or does it not exist? If it does not exist can anyone tell me where I can get one that is a little cheaper than Brothers.
Maybe Brothers is expensive for a reason like it works ???? I have no idea but hopefully you guys can help me out on this. |

Re: one piece window kits
There is one made, I have seen it. Now for the bad news--I dont know exactly where it care from.
My truck had the one pc. windows when I bought it (they had the filler pc.) I didnt care for them and ended up replacing them. Big job -----the doors have to be modified for the 1 pc.

Re: one piece window kits
If you enjoy driving with the windows down I would think twice about the 1 piece kit. I installed the brothers kit in my 67 short box. It was the only regret the wind beats the side of your head. The trucks look great with 1 piece kit installed .

Re: one piece window kits
onepieceproducts.com has the windows with no filler. Just a heads up, It can be pretty difficult to get them adjusted just right. Mine still need to be pushed outward a little to roll up in the track correctly. They do make the truck look really clean though!

Re: one piece window kits
Sounds like it looks good but the overall use is not so convenient. I am in Texas and the truck will only be driven on nice days so I plan on having the window down most of the time. I would hate to have a miserable experience driving the truck. Does anyone else have any input on the one piece window conversion. I don't understand what causes all the wind problems is it because of the shape of the window?

Re: one piece window kits
Here's a pic...not driving it yet....patience in the install is the key...from others testimonies they need to be all the way up or all the way down when driving....they have very little track to depend on when in "midstroke".....I personally love the look.....Jim
