hey wes, just wondering, where did you get your powdercoating done, and how much was it for everything?

The entire front crossmember, upper & lower "A" arms, sway bar, sway bar frame mounts, 72 BB towers & engine brackets, rear lower shock mounts, 4 coil spring clamps, and rear trailing arms were all powder coated gloss black. That cost me $260.00, but that included all the clean up and sand blasting. The front 2" lowering springs and 2 1/2" drop spindles were powder coated near chrome and those cost me $60.00. That stuff of coarse was all new. It wasn't cheap, but it should prove to be easy clean up in the future. Performance Coatings, here in Tumwater on Air Industrial Rd. did the job. I am also going to have them ceramic coat my Stainless Steel exhaust manifolds in near chrome also. I have been told that that will run me about $125.00 WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Thanks junkyarddog1956, I didn't have the frame powder coated. Just the front of the rails where you can see them were painted black base coat clear coat. Performance Coatings isn't set up to do a part as large as a frame. However CT Specialties in Motman Industrial Park is. They quoted me $300.00 to sand blast a coat the frame.
