Need pictures of washer hoses

I need pics of the hoses going into the cowl area. My truck never had washers. Not sure were to drill the holes, or what size hole. I have the nozzle parts, and a universal washer pump.

i can find some pics, but im doing the same to my 65 i know there should be dimples in the sheet metal just to the right of the heater box for the drivers side hose and just to the left of the master cylinder the same dimple for the drivers side hose. as far as the hose whatever size fits the nozzle is the size. make sure you get the clips i just did a pick and grabbed all 3 left the oem washer bottle i forgot it

pics of the clips for the hose, plus u need the firewall grommet with the 3 holes for the washer pump the come from the bottle to the pump and out the pump to the nozzles

pic just shows location, if you want oem its one hose off the bottle to pump. the two hoses off pump to each nozzle the pick shows a T-piece this is not correct

any style will work. i just saw them on my most recent pick and grabbed em inline tube sells all kinds of clips and stuff there close to me so i can drive to em

Mine isn't factory, but the nozzles are. They are circled in the cowl vent, and the hoses were run through grommets in new holes drilled in the cowl and firewall flange. I have my universal washer pump mounted under my washer bottle:



I think the bottle is from a 1983 C10. I bought it at the local Chevy dealer for about $5.

Obviously I hadn't tied up the wiring or the washer hose yet when this photo was taken.

Looks good. My pump is under the washer bottle too. I drilled the holes for the hoses that go to the nozzles. They have grommets. Do you have a grommet for the hose from the tank to the fire wall? I think the metal is thick. It may not take a grommet.

Yes I have 3 grommets. Two for the hoses going to the nozzles, and another where the bottle hose goes through the firewall lip.

yeah i figured something was different as only one hose is going to the passenger side and not all three. just giving info to the member of what i know and have seen of unmodified trucks

I thought I posted how I ran the hoses. I finally got the washers working.

That's exactly how mine are routed, but yours show up much better with the color contrast.
