Does anyone have an original 327 engine in their 1967?

I'm having trouble figuring out what casting numbers I need for my rebuild. I'm looking for the intake, exhaust (4x4), and water pump castings. Mine is a GMC but I'm thinking the engines would be the same as a Chevy? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

The exhaust manifolds would be different but the intake and water pump should be the same I think. Yes if you could get those numbers that would be awesome!

Re: Does anyone have an original 327 engine in their 1967?

Jeremy,

The exhaust manifolds that came off the engine I sent you are;

3747042
RH 43

3846559A
LH20

These came off the 1967 3/4 4X4 chevrolet truck with only 58,000 miles on it. I reasonably confident that it was unmolested and changed considering all the factory tabs were peened over nicely and didn't look as if they had been removed.

Hope this helps

Later Brian

Re: Does anyone have an original 327 engine in their 1967?

Hey Brian. Yeah I think you're right. Those were the manifold that were on my truck also. The engine was changed at some point but I think the exhaust was original. At first I didn't think so because when I looked up the numbers they kept coming up as corvette manifolds but I did find one place that said they were used on trucks. They have the smaller 2" opening which wouldn't be correct for a vette. I was pretty confident they were right and you are helping me confirm this. Thanks for you input!
