All the info you need can be found to do the harness yourself can be found here
http://lt1swap.com/ I did the harness myself and have little in it but my time, its a very fun sub project that anyone can do if they can follow directions. Brendan will also reprogram your PCM (remove VATS) for $75 on Gen III engines and $150 on Gen IV. Look that site over good, all you need to know is there. Jeff

Tac is throttle actuation module the brain between pedal and throttle body.
