Hey dman do you have any pics of your ammo can setup? sounds like a cool idea and I got a couple cans in the shed.

I went a different route, it was a cool idea but the vision I had didn't work with the hood springs, I actually ended up using part of the air box that I got with the cold air intake

Am far from that stage but been trying to get some ideas I might go the ammo can route I think I have two of them collecting dust

Am thinking on the firewall or where the left side battery was. I got a while to go before that stage, still gathering f/I stuff and waiting for taxes to pick up my motor.

Here's mine, held to the heater core box with riv-nuts. I know, the picture's out of focus and the wiring needs a bit of cleaning up - both are on the to do list to fix.
